Berjaya Times Square - Sales Email bounced back!
It's scary to notice that the following message bounced back to my gmail account. The emails are provided from the following url: http://timessquarekl.com/contact-us.asp.
The email supposed to be responding to 3 matters which are
a) Event & Promotions Enquiry
b) Sales Enquiry
c) Leasing Enquiry
and
I thought the management not entertaining the owners and tenants only. Now it's proven that new prospect would not be getting through as well!!
Really scary!

Noticed just that on ours and confronted JMB but no response from them (as usual).

Berjaya Times Square - Overcharging Insurance Policy since beginning
Recently i noticed that Berjaya TS Management has reduced their Insurance policy cost. Which is a good news to me. But after reviewing all previous statements and i've noticed that the management team have been overcharged more than 100% previously for the past few years since 2004 !!!!

Highlighted in *red* colour is the amount paid since 2004.

Highlighted in *red* is the new amount requested to be paid for new policy.
Conclusion: Highlighted the above issue to their executive Priscilla and her manager And told them that i'll be buying the insurance for my own property.
It's clear that the management team is useless and not able to solve / explain the issue.
