IT Center at Level 1 vs Level 9 ?

Yes, The IT Center has opened in the ex-Metrojaya lot. Pretty quiet there.

Yeap, I've checked the Level 1 IT center, it's very quiet and i don't think the tenants in the center could survived much longer. They may want to consider to move up to Level 9 together!!

Doesn't stop them in passing details onto real estate and rental agencies.

There's a new IT area at Level 1, and it seems like there's a conflict of interest of initial Level 9 being defined as IT level. Spoke to JMB person, the reason given is owner of Level 9 are not willing to corporate to open up their shop. Therefore, it's hard for JMB to coordinate every owner.

I offered to help by getting the owner name (beside me) from JMB, but it's rejected as those information are private and confidential. I guess, Level 9 owner have to take their own initiative.
